My desire to solve this ignited a ten-year deep dive into Depth Psychology, self-mastery, and business clarity. It was through this research that I realized the self-development industry had missed a critical point: this friction and these repeating cycles are completely normal and valid. They are not a sign of failure; they are simply your system reacting to growth.

This realization birthed my proprietary method: The Four Stages of Self.
